So that we both understand each other, know that the elementals are alive with the same energy we are and in fact the elementals make up our body. Could you exist without the things which come from Mother Earth? The elementals are aware of who we are. Old wise men and women, crones, sages, shamans, yogis, etc. have all spoken of the awareness of the elements. Hydrogen is alive and communicates at the vibrations of hydrogen. Oxygen is vibrating life, and you can easily experience the life that oxygen carries within itself .... stop your breath ... intake no oxygen from the atmosphere ... inhale no prana* with the elements of breath and you shall know quickly the aliveness of the elements.
Knowing this awareness is open to us I would grow still then enjoy communicating with the elementals. I have been speaking lately to those elements which are contained in the cigarettes I smoked for so many years. I have asked the elements to leave the body and return to Mother Earth where they are able to be in their natural environment. My body is not a repository for poisons or pesticide chemicals or preservatives in man created foods. I have communicated to them all they are free to leave the body and return to their home, to our home, Mother Earth. Believe me when I tell you that these elements desire communication with us as aware Beings. These elements are able to do what is required to heal the body, by leaving the body if need be or by interacting in the proper ways to harmonize the body processes. Speak to the elementals. They will hear you and respond. You need only listen in different vibrational levels starting from the still quiet. Grow still, grow quiet ...
